The entire process, from booking my appointment online, to walking out with better vision than I have had in years, was painless and quick. The entire staff was super pleasant and efficient, and the doctor managed to finally get me fitted for the correct lenses for my astigmatism. The location is sort of out of my way, but the good reviews pulled me in. I just got back from my first appointment, and I legit could not be happier with my choice. I found a pair that I had seen in Vogue 2 weeks prior. They almost always have the newest styles. I felt the staff has always been informative and helpful with finding me frames, but never salesy. Very comfortable atmosphere and lighting for trying on frames. Always punctual with my appointment, which I appreciate.

Very clean and professional set up and presentation of the eye wear. It resulted in customers who have followed them from North to South. The customer service is AWESOME! They always have a smile on their faces. The selection is great but the real value lies in having a doctor and staff that we can trust both with our eyes and our wallets. It is worth the 45 minute drive to get there. We followed them to the Giant Eagle in Donaldsons Crossroads and then to their current location. Very impressed with them and I will be returning!Įye Candy Optical is the best! We were customers when they were in the Giant Eagle in the North Hills. They have a great selection of frames and did a excellent job helping me pick out the perfect set of frames for my face and lifestyle. There was a mix-up with my insurance coverage and her staff patiently spent 20+ minutes on the phone with my insurance company to straighten everything out. Her staff was also really professional, very friendly and went out of their way to help me (even with fixing a pair of glasses I bought elsewhere). Monika Marczak was very professional, kind and very efficient, which was especially appreciated. I had been admiring Eye Candys window displays for awhile and when it was time for me to get my eye exam, I decided to try Eye Candy out.
